I did a UKdegree outside the UK in my home country but WES has stated country as UK.
Wondering if anyone had this similar situation with qualifications? will it be an issue?

It usually happens on Wednesday every 2 weeks apart. You can check the list of old draw dates. But this is not guaranteed. IRCC can conduct a draw whenever it wants to. Thats why you can see past draws on random days as well.
But thumb rule of IRCC draw, is Wednesday- 2 weeks apart.

Nope.. ontario will send you invite if found eligible.. you just need to have an EE profile where you have stated intention to live in Ontario or all provinces and territories..

Hey, newbie here, asking a possibly dumb question: how do you know which month is a tie-breaker?

Tie breaker is not predetermined.. it depends on the number of ppl they invite and tie breaker is the date and time the last ranking candidate created his/ her profile.. for eg, if they invite 2500 ppl with cut off 448. Let's assume 2400 were above 448 and there were 300 ppl with exact 448. Then tie breaker is the date and time the 100th candidate with 448 created the profile..
