Super visa for parents - Dad got passport request and no update on Mom's application.

Hi, somebody please shed some light in to the situation. I applied for supervisa for my mom and dad on Jan 24th. Both of them did their medicals on 11th of February. I just received a status update on my father's application, saying that his application has been approved and asked him to submit the passport. On the other hand, my mom's application doesn't have any update on it.

Is this a normal process ? or should I be worried about my mom's application ?

Nothing to worry about. Each application is processed independently. Your mom could get a passport request soon
