It is the somewhat similar to your personal history section. They send this mostly when they need clarification with something related to your personal history.
It's fairly common to receive this document as an ADR and I have also observed in other threads that people get their PPR's within one or two weeks of submitting the IMM5406 form.
Was your eligibility review required due to a statutory question? or something else?

I have not ordered a GCMS notes to check on the eligibility..but the profile says that eligibility review is required..
The call centre agent communicated that eligibility is recommended pass..but still profile is not updated..

You can attach the LOE and all the documents with the CSE and specify in the message column which office your application is being processed at so that they forward it to them.
The CSE reaches the same day and is replied to within 2-5 days. The documents are added to your file with 1-2 weeks and reviewed by a visa officer within 3-5 weeks. So order your GCMS notes after the 4 weeks mark. Once you send the CSE with the documents, kindly call them up and ask them if they have added it to your file or not.

That stays the same until a final decision is updated on your profile which generally happens when you receive your COPR.
You have nothing to worry about! You might get your PPR this week or next week.

You have already claimed your points at the time of your AOR. Resigning from your job is not something the IRCC is concerned with once the application is already being processed, you have to inform them only about address or phone number changes, or when you want to add a marriage record or birth record.

Called IRCC twice. 1st time on jan 10 and then again on feb 15.
Status is same , no movement in. Month.
Eligibility- recommended pass
Criminality - in progress
Security- not sarted.
P.s. i am in so called IP2 since my Aor. Received ADR for PCC saudi which I submitted on 16 icy. Since then satus is “ we are reviewing additional documents “
Any thoughts?

Stage 1: During R10 checks, this where majority of the applications are triggered within 2-3 months post AOR. PPR comes after 3-4 months
Stage 2: After the application is approved, PPR comes within a week or 2.

When our eligibility is recommended pass. You're almost there!! I wouldn't really worry much. Because you have passed the biggest hurdle.

Oh you are scaring me...it's been more than 3 weeks I have been asked for RPRF but no sign of PPR.... according to your research you mean I will have to wait for another 3 4 months....oh god...can't wait so longer...hands up
