PLEAS HELP !! Letter from London Visa Office for documents of the dependents.

My father is a refugee and granted PR in 2017 and he also sponsored us as dependent (My mother & brothers sister) So after a long time my father received this letter from LVO (given below).
WHAT does this letter mean?
Are we approved for the PR or still they will assess/examine more?
If we are APPROVED for sponsorship then how much TIME it will take for visa processing and what will happen next ??
If NOT approved the what will happen?
Your guidance will be highly appreciated.THANKS

The letter from LVO recieved by my father stated to sent pictures,copies of passport,national identity card,birth certificates police clearance certifate,old family pictures along with proof of communication with father.
Are we approved for sponsor or the LVO will further examine on the sent documents.
Please help me I'm confused

I'm not an expert on this matter but from what you said it is reasonable to say that you and your family family have been approved for PR. The documents requested are needed to finish up the visa process and to confirm the relationship between your family and your father. I hear it takes about 3-4 months for family members abroad to be issued a visa to come Canada. This seems like great news best of luck!
