I will be living in gfs moms house, is it ok for study visa proof of residence?

I will be living with my girlfreind in her parents house, do i need a letter from her parents stating that i will be living with them? (can this be used to reject my visa because they might think I wont go back home after my studies?)

I am going to get a loan to pay for my tuition for a one year course and the other 10k that is compulsory I have 2k cash and the other 8k I will get from my godmother with gift deed.

I believe you can get a letter stating this, I saw it on the forum earlier. I will search and let you know. I will be staying by my uncle so also need the same letter.
