Hi everyone. As my photos received by cic on 4 jan nd reqst i got on dec 2. Person wd photos recved on 2 jan got update but his reqst came on 24 dec. Cn anyone clear me that they process cards according to reqst or pic receive day??

There is a courier address available. I sent my photos from outside Canada

Once you get the photo request letter, it will have an address to send your photos to.
Please keep in mind it is a PO Box address and not all carriers ( specially outside canada ) do not deliver to PO Boxes.
So, you can ask for a courier address and can send to that using UPS, Fedex etc
If you scroll down in this thread, someone has posted that address already but it is advisable to get it from CIC raising a webform just in case the address has changed. Just mention that you need courier address and the mailing company can not deliver to PO Boxes.

They process the cards in the order of which they receive the resubmitted photos

Someone will have to forward you the letter..same with ur PR card...u need to have the physical card with u if u plan to return to Canada again

You can send the photos directly from outside Canada to the Case Processing Center in NS or send them to someone else in Canada and he/she forwards it...it dosnt matter as long as the photos are as per their specifications

With the photos u should include either a copy of the email / letter u receive or just write a letter urself explaining that u have been requested to submit photos and including all relevant info including UCI number.. date of birth..full name..etc

And it may so happen that you do not get Photo request for all people at same time. For some reason, myself and my wife got photo request on email on Dec 20th and we waited for 10 days to get it in mail. It did not reach the address. I wrote to CIC ( webform ) to confirm for my kids as well. There I got to know that all 4 of us need to send new photos. and I printed the letters from email and wrote a letter of explanation and sent the photos. After a month, the photos requests letter for my kids came to canada address, so it is advisable to get all information from CIC to avoid further delays.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
