Transfer from MEng to MASc, does it influence my PGWP acceptance?

Hi, I started Masters in chemical engineering (course based) in September 2017, however, in summer of 2018, I transferred to masters in Chemical engineering (thesis based). Will it influence my PGWP acceptance? Thank you.

Hi, sorry I remembered one note I need to mention. The program I transferred to is a two years program, so now I'll have to extend my visa for another year, does it really not affect the PGWP? Another question, does an authorized leave of absence (medical leave) affect the PGWP too? Thank you.

Hi,
I have also this doubt as I am also changing from Mengg- to MASc.
But problem is that I will be completing my new course in just 8 months as subjects will be transferred from my previous course( incomplete course so I won't get any completion certificate)

Please help me
