WES Status On Hold

My WES is on hold, I received an email on 12-02-2019 from WES -
1. They have written the reason as ""WAITING FOR IKGPTU(university) to verify mark sheets""" - Not Received
This is PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNI IN INDIA
Shall I send any document to WES Or this process will be done by the uni(PTU) on their own??

They will doing on their own, its on the Notice which is published by PTU. on their website regarding this.
