we applied for NSNP on April 2018, on Experience Checking stage NS team sent emails to current and last companies to verify the work experience,my husband previous employer who had some personal issues with my husband, replied the NS team email that my husband is fraud and we didn't issue the experience letter,
After this we tried our best to justify our case with proofs and NS team considered that company experience, at last after almost 10 months we got nomination.
Now at this stage while filling the ppr application if we go with the same experience from previous company employer will again ruin our case.
I have some questions please advise me
1. Should the documents same as submitted to Ns province office ? Does CIC tally with provinces what we had submitted to them?
2.Can we just put current company experience(16 months) in work experience and rest of experience in personal history?
3.Can we put/change the experience letter of the company which made problem from other partner but in that experience letter annual salary is not mentioned?
Please advise what possible ways we we can safe our case?
