Damn, a simple issue took 11 month to verify, still not sure the officer would accept or not, how much is the chance they reject or ask more documents at this step?
Is there any benefit on ordering GCMS? May it irritate officer and reject my case?
I am sure no one was touching your file for most of this time, but if you ordered notes earlier, you could speed things up. Also, when there is an issue, multiple people need to check it and verify it.
The more time goes, the less is the chance they reject. Usually they won't reject easily and they ask you for more docs, unless there is some serious problem with your application.
I don't recommend ordering notes very often, but in your case, I think it might not be a bad idea. It just gives you all the details about your application. If it was 6 months ago, I would definitely recommend it to you to know the problem. But now, I don't know. Seems the problem solved, but it is depending on the officer as well.
There are a lot of controversies about the notes. Usually GCMS notes are carried out by a different person who is knowledgeable about rules and regulations of Access to Information Act. There are lots of posts about it on these threads. It depends on you, if you want to take the blue pill or not!
