Healt Card / Private Insurance Check during EE process

Hello,

I have an open work permit and now have a health card that covers during my owp.

My question is that ; does the government control health card activities in my ee entry process. I know that there is a seperate medical exam but just want to be sure.

Also any is there any control for private insurance activities? Should i be cautious?

Doctor visits , specific treatments, xray results, blood test results etc. Do they control the history?
