Mine started showing it in late May 2018 after my RPRF was received.

Mine also start showing after MR in May 2018 but when I called CIC on Feb 5 2019 they said my security even not started yet..... confusing

Your background check includes your security check, but also other checks. So those other checks under your background checks could have started, just not the security part of the background checks.

It happens. Some get them both together. Some have to wait for a few days for the PPR email. Don’t worry
