Single Parent planning to get my mother

Hi, anyone here knows if it will be possible to apply my mom for a Parent Visa even though my LICO doesn't meet their requirement?

I am a single parent working full-time as a food service supervisor and my child is already with me. I would like to get my mom so I can atleast work more while she's looking for my child.

for such cases, there are things like kindergartens in order to take care of your child while you are at work. Or other professional services.

1. Your mother even if she can get Supervisa (which depends on her proof of funds), cannot work. And yes taking care of child AKA babysitting is considered work.
2. you cannot sponsor your mother if you do not meet LICO.
