I am living in Canada and my spouse is in India. I am filling out IMM5532 and i have a question about part c, Question 4.

If you are not living together, have you visited each other during relationship?
I answered yes and i visited her first time for two weeks and we had our engagement & Civil marriage and then i went for traditional wedding ceremony, Reception and honeymoon and spent 5 weeks together.

In this case, we stayed together in my parents and her parents place. i have to mention two visits and mention both our places in where did you stay column?

Also, Should i write more about Question 11. is there more information you wish to share to support your relationship?

So were these two completely separate visits (i.e. 2 different flights)? Or was it one long visit where you stayed in 2 different locations? Not clear from your post.

Also, Should i write more about Question 11. is there more information you wish to share to support your relationship?
Yes. Best to write a 2 / 3 page attachment and describe your relationship from the very start and every step of the way to now. This is your chance to prove that the relationship and marriage is genuine.

Two separate visits (Two flights). First visit is two weeks and second visit is 5 weeks.

Will write a story then. Thanks for the help.

Answer to both questions is yes. For Q11, try to put as much info as possible: where and when you met first time, any gifts you bought, any print out of skype calls (yes, I attached the log too), etc.

So I should have only two travel entries in have you visited during relationship table. Right?

I think gift receipts relate not to financial support but to prove the relationship. In order to avoid sponsorship of "fictitious spouses" IRCC needs to be assured your spouse is genuinely your partner.

I see. Where should I add the gift receipt then for extra proof?

As I said above, you better provide a note with details how you met, details of your dating, etc to prove genuineness of your relationship. You will need to attached all proofs to this note.

I already have note that explain all the details. In this case, its not necessary to add gift receipts right?

Hi Hurlabrick, so i have the similar scenario, I wen to india for about a month and i visited my spouse for the 1st time and i visited her like 6 times keep it 6 days and then we got married and stayed together for 4weeks then i came to canada.
So for question 3 i know the answers is NO
Q4: Should i answer yes and explain that i met my wife 6 consecutive days and latter we got married and stayed together for 4 weeks

Example: 2021/June/29 to 2021/July/06 Sponsor visited principal applicant Location: will her residence

then 2021/July/07-2021/July/30 Sponsor visited principal applicant location: will my residence

so i got confused of the Q4 its asking have visited each other during ur relationship?....here are they refereeing before marriage?
