New Delhi (NDVO) 2018 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

Sadly; If we analyze all majority of files were not even touched by NDVO for 5 to 6 months. Please correct me if I am wrong with an example

Just hoping it should not be the case

Did all the applicants whose file is transferred to NDVO receives Interview request?

NOT all are interviewed but only cases with red flags are interviewed. Red Flags are raised when they suspect of somethings like;-

1. Huge age gaps over 15 years gap (but we saw Visas were issued at an age gap of 39 years in the past without interview in 6 months)
2. Qualifications gap, say an MA is marrying grade 6 (GCMS notes prove; they compare no. of years of both)
3. Background is totally apart, say a Canadian Sponsor marrying a PA who never been to school
4. Sponsor or PA has a relative in Canada, right inside home who is sponsoring PA and was not properly declared/explained in application
5. PA has already done many attempts to get out of country, that proves PA found a MOC way to get out(prev attempts are noted in GCMS)
6. A bachelor PA is marring to a divorcee with a kid ( we know it won't usually happen if both parties are in India)
7. Multiple marriages/divorces on both sides Sponsor / PA
8. Lack of communications before and after marriage (FAKERS know how to overpass this)
9. Little or no celebrations at the marriage; SADLY they go after no. of Guests as well, which FAKERS easily get away with.
10. QUICK marriage:- Sponsor goes to PA marries in a week ; comes right back, then no reasons why? or no communications records after

• HOWEVER staff is fully trained. They still look at each case very carefully, if sufficient proofs of GENUINE marriage/relationships are given; they give Visas. Thus interviews are conducted for many reasons , doubts.
• Sometimes ONLY a MINOR doubt>> they ask 4 interview >However other officer in the same office simply phones and talks to PA and issues Visa. NOT all interviews have NEG results as well.

are you able to link your file to GCKEY account?

that is standard line in GCKEYS and agents read the same

For me, it says no result found based on the information entered. I don't understand what's the issue. I can only see the status of application through on-line tool. If the information in GCkey and On-line tool are same?

how do you know that BGC has not been started for your application?

anyways, can't do much in either of the cases. Just have to wait on the mercy of NDVO who is busy doing nothing

If U read Interview = WAIVED that's the BEST NEWS
Also agree with you on GCkeys or ecas thing. They should have just 1 thing and shoud do more detailed updates as per GCMS notes

yes that's why I wrote in BOLD above what GCKEYS READS may not be true, guys don't get excited from "you do not need interview " please read next line as well "we shall inform if it changes" I feel they should remove this line from all GCkeys
