I am about to file super visa for my parents, but I have below queries before I file ( I am Canadian PR living in Ontario )

1. I am married, and my spouse visa application I just filled, will it cause an issue ?
2. Back home we just changed our home and move to new place, so do my parents need to change passport address ?

Not an issue. You must be able to prove you meet LICO to host your parents for super visas.

Not required. They would state their new address in their visa application forms

Thanks a lot Bryanna, also, as a home country tie up .... can we show property papers ( new one ) ?and PCC will be as per the address of passport ( which mentioned as previous home address ).

Yes. They can include the property ownership documents + indicative market valuation + mortgage, etc

and PCC will be as per the address of passport ( which mentioned as previous home address ).

PCC is not required unless it is part of the Document Checklist for their country of passport or if the visa office requests it

2. For Online application of Super visa , does applicant need to sign and date and then we need to scanned the forms ?

It depends on when and how you file your tax returns.

The focus will be on your financial situation: Your income + your bank balance + your financial investments.

You need to be able to prove a reasonable, stable bank balance that would support your parents' stay.... after paying rent/mortgage and other expenses
