My wife applied for PR under HMN program. She used xpresspost and paid to get a signature, this was about 2 weeks ago. Tracking status says the package was delivered but no signature was taken, even the name of the person who received the package is not there.
When she called Canada Post, they said the only thing they can do is refund the postage.
How can we know whether the package has actually reached CPC Edmonton? and what is the normal time to get AOR?
Any advice would be appreciated.
