Look, I feel for you, honestly. This is the lowest of the low, to take advantage and money from a person just wanting to fulfill his or her dreams. The only way ever to get to Canada legally and without any scam issues, is going with the official immigration
website https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html

That is all I can say.. refocus, educate yourself what options you have and try again. And don't give money to strangers!
