Hi guy
I wish to change employer. I have closed work permit. Now, I have file number from Federal immigration.
I have applied for AOS as non-skilled worker(NOC C).

Plz give me your advise.

Dont do it ! You cant change employer while on closed work permit. Even if you have open work permit you still need to tell pnp and federal , if they found out you will be screwed just like me

what happened with you ?
actually i filed for my pr via sinp and my owner who gave me job approval letter is selling the store and i havent received my pr still. aor may 10 2018
what do you recommend?
should i inform federal and sinp?
but i have still open work permit which will expire on dec 1 2020

you have legit reason to change the job so its ok. before you change the job you can ask sinp about the situation , sometimes they do check if you still working sometimes they dont but its better to tell them because if you have any problem in future delaying pr or extending work permit you might be in problem , in my case i had open work permit and i change job because my lawyer said its ok to change , and then while extending open wp it got refused (no specific reason given) and i got out of status and now my federal file is still in process for 24 months .
