at least you got an AOR i applied in May 2020 and still no AOR to date.

I am Canadian living in Canada and my husband is from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean

No AOR is so frustrating. They say the entire process is suppose to be 12 months but almost 8 months already and no AOR

Anyone who thinks process done in 12 months would be very lucky. I waited about 5.5 months for AOR. Nothing since. Many people expecting to be done within 12 months I think are in for a long wait. Hope I am wrong but will see.

Wow!! When did you apply? It’s such a shame that they give false deadlines

From what I have heard even after bio and medical it can be numerous months so how people are expecting one year I have no idea. Again Im not going to sit here and say I know this or that because I dont. I go on facts of what I have saw.

Yes they say every case is difference and there is no sure way of knowing for your very own! But it’s taking long and the pandemic didn’t help Ofcourse

Generally pre covid yah 12 months. I applied and app received June 24th. But this covid has stalled alot. Generally aor is about a month. Mine about 5.5 months. So that tells alot.

But you’re still lucky you got an AOR I have been waiting longer and look no AOR after 8 months. Did you apply in NS?

And the moment I saw AOR I went yelling to my wife in excitment.
