Urgent PR card renewal status

  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on November 23, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 26, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on November 26, 2018.
My status when i checked online this morning says: Decision made. I applied for an urgent renewal of PR card, as my trip is booked for Jan 18, 2019. I met the residency requirement. Does the above mean my application is approved for urgent process? TIA
