Super visa for mother in law

Hi everyone,
Could you please share your knowledge regarding super visa for mother in Law.
is it possible for me to invite her for super visa visit?
OR
My wife only can do invite?
For how many Tax year should be for income proof ?
For How many months bank statement require by me?

She will have to invite but you both can put your income combined,sign the cover letter.I included both of our NOA,bank letter,employment letter.Already completed Medical and Passport came to VFS Office in Kolkata.Just have to check the visa now.

You can include an invitation letter co-signed by both of you + a copy of your marriage certificate + a copy of your wife's birth certificate/any other document that proves the relationship to her mom.

Generally, at least one recent NOA (to prove you and/or your wife meet LICO for a super visa) + employment letters + bank statements (3-4 months) + any financial investments

My wife just got PR and we have heard a good news that she is 3 months pregnant, it was surprise to all of us. It is Blessing (thank you God)
Now, my wife never work in Canada, filed no income tax.
I have enough income and will support mother in law.

1. I believe you can be co signer for supervisa, am I correct?
2. If so, what is the procedure, is there a form to fill out?
3. since my wife never worked and has no income, should we just go apply for visitor visa, in either case I will be cosigner.
4. Mother in law has no income, and a single mother who has lives with her elder daughter back home.

Any one had successful supervisa for being co signer?

Also, is it better to have child in UK or CA for benefit reason? I have good income (thanks you God) in Canada so I know, I will not get any child benefit.

If your wife is pregnant and is seeing medical professionals she also needs to be extra cautious not to be in contact with anyone quarantining because she risks exposing health professionals and other pregnant women. All you can do is apply and hope for the best. Nobody can guarantee whether she will be approved. She needs to prove that she has strong enough ties to her home country and will return home eventually.

You can explain that you plan to support your MIL but that's not enforceable which is why your MIL needs to show her own finances as well as yours. There is no need to explain you are the co-signer it is in the application. I wouldn't mention the pregnancy I would just explain that your MIL wants to visit you both and Canada if she has never been. Invitation letter is not really the important part of the application.

And I am leaning toward supervisa, but once again my has no T4's and never filed income tax in Canada..I do know it is one of the requirements for supervisa from wife then how can I proceed with supervisa for MIL?

Do you have a NOA showing you have earned more than LICO. Invitation should come from your wife but it can be from the both of you. Only one letter is required. How long has it been since your wife arrived in Canada? You should be aware that only one person will be able to accompany your wife to the hospital for labour and recovery. At most pregnancy related appointments you have to go alone due to covid.

Just trying to figure out better wording and explanation why MIL should visit Canada. My wife just became a PR October 2020, she was on visit visa then I did inland PR for her. And after getting approval of her PR, we got surprise good news about her pregnancy.

So it sounds like she has been in Canada for over a year so wanting to have your mother visit you to see your life in Canada is not an unreasonable reason.
