My employer provided me employement letter and in the annual salary details, he mentioned hourly rate. When i asked to change it to annual rate, they are not willing to do it.
Is it ok to have hourly rate mentioned?
Also, my employer is not willing to mention email address in the letter. Is email address mandatory?
