1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

3. Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
Please what can i do, should i get a immigration officer to appeal my case or what please?

What is your current employment situation? For how long you have been unemployed?

I am employed and i stated it there with my employment letter. As site engineer with an engineering company

As you can clearly see from the rejection letter, 2 out of 3 points are related to your leaving canada after studies.

Basically the VO wants to be made sure that after completing your studies you will return back to your country. For this, one needs to make a very strong SOP justifying each and every detail. The course you are going to pursue in canada should have a demand back in your home country and this thing should be made crystal clear in your SOP.

My advise to you is to reapply with a strong SOP.
