Can anyone tell me about whats the facts i need to care about when i m going to apply for visitor visa for my parents and sister?
I'm Canadian PR.
What documents should i submit from my side and their side?

2. Personal and professional circumstances of each applicant

3. Any previous travel to visa-required countries?

4. List of documents that each applicant will submit

1 ) most likely 3 months
2) Personal visit for each of them
3) NO Travel history for any of them.

a) Father's doc - Tax return, Savings, Job letter, assets, DOB
b) Mother's doc - as above
c) Sister's Doc - she has a job since 1 year and done Master.
d) From My side (Canada) - T4 (Last 3 years), Bank statements, Job letter,

What kind of LOE i need to submit? Can you please share more documents if i need to submit.
Are they willing to apply together or separate? Why and How?

1 ) most likely 3 months

Their visit must be for a finite duration. Three months is a long stay and indicates weak employment ties for your dad and your sister. 3-4 weeks max.

2) Personal visit for each of them

It's advisable to prepare a detailed day-by-day visit plan for sightseeing/spending time with you/activities.... with expense estimates. They must prove they can afford this visit plan + airfare without depending on you.

3) NO Travel history for any of them.

2. Financial investments?

3. Do they live with other dependent family members (any other siblings or grandparents)?

4. Can each of them prove they have personal or professional commitments to return to after a short visit? With evidence

I suggest you go through the Visitor forum for similar cases + the Visa Office instructions.

IMO, you need to put in efforts to research what will work/won't work for their applications. You are probably missing out on submitting a whole bunch of documents

I'll create day by day plan and make it shorter trip for first time.

1. father has their own home. no property except that.
2. Probably he has !! i have no idea.
3. only my sister and Mother.
4. yes, My mom is also doing job in the Hospital. so my sister is in blood bank as Lab technician and My dad is AGM in reputed company.

any key point should i need to take care?
would they get 10 years multiple visa or just period of time?

Hello Friends,

I am PR holder and living here from last 2 years and planning to apply for parents visitor visa. I want to know how much amount they should have in their bank and FD's will consider or not and property papers also. Can i attach my indian bank balance statement and canadian bank statement to support their stay and travel expense.

Secondly, if i would like to invite my sister and her daughter so they also have to show some funds or if my father shows that he will pay for all the expenses for my sister and her daughter , then it will work and in that case how much should be liquid funds and will Fd's consider in that case.

Thirdly, i should apply for 4 members visa together like my father, mother, sister and her daughter or should i go for my parents first and then for my sister and her daughter after parents visa approval. or is it possible to apply for my sister daughter visa along with my parents without my sister visa

My mother is a LIC agent and my father was having real estate business but not registered. so what should i show in that case retired?

They have their ITR's , FD's for 27-40 lakhs , 4-5 lakhs in bank account and properties. Is it okk to show and what should i show to prove their ties with INDIA and to convince that they will go back to INDIA

They dont have the marriage certificate so their passports, my passport and other government documents are enough to prove their relationship right or do they require any affidavit from court

Please advise
