Hello,

My parents applied TRV a couple weeks ago. They forgot to add their daughter National ID Card. I like to know can we send these documents through IRCC webform.
I checked IRCC site it says only send info when there is significant change in document. But in our case there is no significant change we just like to send more docs to help them taking decision.

Please let me know as soon as possible.
Thank you.

If it is critical for their TRV decision then yes, you can send the document through the IRCC web form and request the visa office to consider it

I am not sure if it is critical. My parents have already provided family registration certificate (FRC). However, there is no address mention on FRC for my siblings. So, we thought we should provide ID Cards which have addresses that proves that my siblings are living with my parents and they are dependent.
Considering this situation will you recommend to send this to IRCC.

Hopefully your parents have included evidence that your siblings are dependent especially if they are studying, they have exams scheduled after your parents' visit, medical insurance, etc

They have provided school fee slips. That show that they have paid semester fees. They haven't able to provide any kind of exam schedule.
Also there is no evidence in their documents that show that my siblings are living with my parents. So I was wondering it it is the best time to provide ID cards of my siblings to prove their residence at my parents house.
Please confirm
Thank you

I don't think the national IDs are critical considering the other evidence. Nonetheless, if it gives you peace of mind then do upload the National ID + any other documents that you believe must be considered.

Don't send another web form later for some other 'missing' document. Processing could get delayed

Ooopss... I have already sent one Webform couple of days ago to update about my job change... I have sent my job letter which has started from Feb 4. What should I do? How much delay it can cause?
Thankyou

Ooops.... now you're on a web form trail :p

Not to worry. Sit back.... and recheck their applications.... do check if there are any gaps or missing evidence/documents.... and then send the document(s) together.

BTW the visa office may/may not consider the additional documents in such cases. But, it's worth trying especially if you believe you have not submitted critical documents

Same situation here. May I ask if you have heard anything from IRCC? I forgot to include a doctor’s note for my mom’s visa application. I don’t know how to do then

I did not hear anything back from IRCC when I send my documents. My parents got visa approval after 5 days sending the documents. I would say worth sending documents, you never know they might help.

You’re right! I got a email from IRCC said that my document has been added to my application!

Hi guys,

I have been having issues to submit a webform regarding a correction. After filling in my information, I clicked next and its not going through, the page remains frozen. Can anyone please help me with this matter? Is there any other way that I can submit the information? Thank you!
