Regarding spouse visa

Hy... i want to know that..as i did ielts got good bands and i want to apply study visa...i dont want to marry someone legally in indian tradition way..to be honest i just want contract or court marriage for the sake of migrating there as he is going to pay all my fees or gic ...i dont evn know that person properly...thn am i able to get visa...or there r chances of refusal?...i dont want any refusal..evn i can pay my university fees but he is forcing me to do so..i really need suggestions..what should i do?

This is immigration fraud. Does this person realize that spouses are not guaranteed visas to accompany their spouses who are studying in Canada?

U just need to do court marriage and once you get ur study visa then ur so called spouse can apply for open work permit after 3-4 months i guess
But its judicially as well as morally wrong practice
