Degree certificate wes

Hi, I have applied for evaluation from Wes. I have received feedback that for one of my bachelor's degree from ip University, they haven't received degree certificate and accepted the marksheet. Could someone please let me know, if I can send degree certificate Xerox copy self attested or I need to get this attested by University. Please help.

University should send the degree directly to WES, no photocopy sent by you is acceptable.

actually you can send the degree certificate by urself. no need to attest. WES never says the degree certificate needs to be sent directly by the college or that it should be attested. these rules only apply to marksheets. you can even fax the degree certificate and save money on shipping. look for posts which talk about how to fax docs to WES for further help.

Great thanks. Do you have fax no where I can send the degree certificate. Also need help my score in IELTS is R 6 rest all 7. Can I apply for PNP or any other way to go to Canada without reappear for IELTS exam.

i don't think fax is valid for people applying in India,they need to send it via post.
i am not sure if university can send both docs(transcript and degree certificate) directly or person needs to send the degree certificate separately
that will save courier charges

Not sure where you get these informations from , I'd request you to first be sure of what to be conveyed before commenting.

It's perfectly allowed to fax or courier the degree/provisional certificate to WES as they don't require it to be attested. Fax is pretty quick and cheap as well irrespective of you being in India or anywhere in the world.

Check for threads that have active conversation going on...All these are 2 years old and hopefully they are in Canada.

WES accept the degree certificate from the applicant as well. Attestation by university is not a mandatory requirement. I took help of MailTranscripts services for Manipal university transcript. The university has only sent the transcript to WES. I uploaded scan of degree certificate on WES portal and It got accepted by them.
