Work permit visa/child birth

Hi
I'm a foreign worker under PNP program and I'm waiting for my PR which would take an other 12-19 months of processing time.
My wife and daughter came here on temporary residence visa for 2 yrs..(my work permit is for 2 yrs).

My wife become pregnant and would deliver baby in 8 months.
If the child born here in canada, will it get citizenship? (I'm on work permit visa and my wife is on temporary visitor Visa for 2 years)

Yes, your child will become a citizen. Try to get work permit for your spouse else you'll pay heavily for the hospital bill
