not submitted yet ok ..... our lawyer confirmed this - he is also filing us parents for sponsorship in Jan 19 ..... will let you know soon ok .... the lawyer handles the case - he got confirmation ok

hi ..... now full details of spouse sponsor ..... aor 17 apr 18 - approved date 12 dec 18 - letter for stamping visa recd 24 Dec 18 submitted passport 27 Dec 18 - passport stamped and recd 15 Jan 19 ..... process finished - flight 28 Jan ..... it taken roughly 10 months for the whole process ..... delhi office slow lethargic is my view ..... hope this info helps .....regards

Hey All,

I did my interview, asked me for re-medical,got pre-arrival and medical test passed. Current status is reviewing eligibility and background check... How long does these takes before they ask PPR and also if I get visa how long do I have before I have to leave for Canada? Please advise thanks!
I am Nov-2017 applicant... Did my interview on Oct

We can only give U a HOPE My guess only is anytime within 2-3 weeks U are likely to get something, not past FEB anyways

NDVO takes its time. They had been issuing many such Visas in NOV not DEC. After that few isolated cases we saw here who got Visas
But U gotta wait and see. No one can give you correct info 4 this Q. V V rough guess is anywhere from 3 months to 9 months. Don't forgte:-

1. Each case is different
2. Each table is diff with how many files?
3. Each staff has its own way/natures of working
4. Each file is not equal in size and weight, no. of pages
5. We don't know how badly they are back logged from last years

And list goes on
