Hey, thanks to smash1984, I got directed to this thread.
My mind is a total mush from all the scrolling and searching for any positive inland related info, so here I am sharing my pain/ keepin' the thread alive.
This is my partner's and mine data:

FSW program - Inland
Primary + dependant
CRS: 462 (round minimum 441)
AoR: Sep. 25, 2018
Medical: Oct. 23, 2018
Estimated final: Mar. 23, 2019 (of course), 52 days to go
No biometrics request. No additional doc.
No ghost updates, no additional emails.

Current status:
Review of eligibility: Reviewing,
Medical: Passed,
BG: Processing BC check,
FD: App in progress.

Edit: Talked to an agent today (31st Jan.) - our application is in Montreal at the moment; BC status: Eligibility: is being processed, Criminality: in progress, Security: to be started.

Till some news come our way, good luck to all.

Not heard that for Biometrics you need to leave, as far as I know if you are already in Canada, as of now you are not required to give biometrics.

My case is behind you guys, AOR date is Dec 19 2018 . Medicals passed on Feb 02 2019 . Final date is June 30th 2019. No updates since then .

Hey guys, I need some expert help here.
So here’s the background story,
I applied for PR on July 26 2018 FSW Inland. I was on study permit.
Applied for PGWP on Sept 28 2018.
Study permit expired on Sept 30 2018 I was on Implied status.
January 20th 2019 I got rejection on PGWP (It was anticipated since i was from private school). Today Feb 7 2019 I got PPR.
What shoud I next?
Now I’m on 90 Days Restoration Period and out of status with PPR and no idea of next step

Logically, speaking, you have time until April mid to restore your status. If you have got PPR, I am assuming they asked you to send Passport within Canada. You should send it and get the visa, and then do landing process. This is just my opinion. I think you should be good. But consult an attorney.
