I am sponsoring my husband and our application was received Dec 03, and got my AOR january 28. I was able to use the online tool(CAS) to check the application and it was there, but since yesterday i've been trying to check it again with the same info that i've used but it keeps on saying that they cannot find the application. Is there someone who can help me explain how did it happen please, i couldn't link our application using the GCkey aswell. . Any answer will be much appreciated. Thankyou .

If they received before 31 Dec 2018 you don't need biometrics. It's only for applications received after that.

I’m so confused, I called couple times and each time they told me they are working on application received up until oct the 9th.
I don’t know what’s going on.. mine was delivered December 14,2018 I still haven’t heard anything from them yet.
