Question for Spousal visa canada

Hello guys,

I am married and my husband is a PR of canada.
I sent all the listed documents via courier to the specified address(Pr spousal visa)
Also it was written in the instructions that we will get a confirmation mail once they will receive the file.
But I haven’t got any confirmation mail regarding my documents. it’s been 10 days.
Can you guys suggest what should I do next?

My partner and I sent our application off December 2018 and also have not heard anything. This is normal. We mailed the application via courier. The only way I know it was received is because it was signed for upon arrival since we sent it by Courier and asked for a signature upon delivery. The first time you hear anything about your application is when you get "AOR" which means your application is complete (nothing missing) and is ready to be processed! AOR can take around 3 months. Before then, it's just all silence.
