Isnt it less stressful because they didn't return it? As long as the info is correct, you can provide whatever documents they request. I think waiting for AOR is more stressful because you aren't sure if they denied it until you get a letter/return mail
Yeah basically everything stressful with our application what if they return, second cbsa might contact us bc my hubby is out of status Anyway I'm still happy we got AOR

Oh I see. That's too bad. Have you tried status restoration or is it too late? Why scared if you did everything how you were supposed to. As long as the required documents from checklist are in then you should be okay. They'll ask for more if they want it.

No he was denied refugee claimant. We believe we put everything they asked in the file.

Well as long as the information is correct and the required files are there, you should be okay. But I'm not sure about the refugee/no status part. I'm sure there is a reason they allow out-of-status applicants to apply

This is all after you received AOR, correct?
You can try it without AOR.
but I couldn't link my app until the day I got AOR and I think most ppl had similar situation.
So if you can link your app, you would get AOR soon.

If I can add pictures, will be easy but I don't know how....
So.. I will just explain how to link your applicaion.

1. Sign in CIC useing GCKey
2. You can see Add (link) your application to your account, click it
or https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account/link-paper-online.html
then sign in

Next, you can see questions
provide the following information(PA)
1. Category - permanent residence
2. Sub category - Family class (Spuse or common-law)
3. Add detail - choose family, given name/ or UCI, family name
4. Personal information - I put my passport number
5. Province, city, current marrital status
6. Number of family number - if you applied just yours(no additional dependant) with sponsor then put "2"

I also linked my OWP the same way
Just choose Category - temporary residence and Sub category - workpermit
I hope it would be helpful for you guys.

We’re you able to link your OWP the same day you received the AOR? I was able to link my Sponsorship application but not my OWP.

Good to hear that you could link your application.
When I linked my OWP, it was pending registration. But it changed to submitted in few hours.
So yours will be changed soon.

Oh jeez, I did not know everything was supposed to be capital. I tried 5 times I would not get anything and now I'm locked out because you can only try 5 times in 24 hours. Just a question, at the very end it asks how many people on the application. Do I just put 1 because its just my wife or do I include myself also and put 2?
