I will be applying study visa for Jan 2017 intake. I have paid the 1st Sem fees and GIC amount also.. Just let me know how much additional money do i need to show the visa officer for my Study Visa to get accepted.

How can someone advise you here if you don't share course duration, fees, spp or non-spp ?

Total Fees : 15600 CAD (7800 CAD) Already paid only sem 2 7800 CAD balance remaining

Approximately 25 K CAD will put you on safe side. BTW you don't need to show any bank statement in spp. Good Luck

How will you prove that you are going to leave Canada after the end of your stay ? the officer should be convinced that you r not willing to stay.
i just need to know because i am trying to apply for a study permit.

I was given a partial scholarship of 1,950CD out of 24,000CD and my certificate course is 2 weeks. I am yet to deposit my docs for visa procession.
1) Do i need a financial statement and how much would i have to show for?
2)How long can be the duration of my visa if given?

I don't think you need study visa for a 2 week course. It's only applicable if your program is 6 months or longer.

If by 24,000CD you mean 24,000CAD for a 2 weeks certificate then I would really like to know what kind of certification you are talking about since a 2 semester Masters program costs as much.

It's à certificate course for 2weeks offered by the university.
