Hi, I attended a session for NB last March here in Dubai and I got interviewed by an employer after the session. April came and that Canadian employer emailed me asking for my ielts, eca and police clearance. Everything was submitted accordingly by end of July. After that I havent heard back from the employer. Is there any reason for that or is there anything that I should patiently wait for since its been 3 months and there has been no updates yet. Last August I emailed them and they have said that there is no update yet but I am clueless what steps they are taking after I submitted my documents.
1) Is it a sign for possible job offer but tentative as to when I can get it?
2) or maybe they are waiting for the LMIA's approval before I get a job offer,
3) Was my profile just placed in their database for future job offer reference only?
Anybody who has experienced the same? Thanks!
