I have 3 Months of experience working as Assist Manager in Retail and 9 months as Assist. Manager in Restaurant.

I need relevant 12 months exp. to apply for CEC. Am i eligible with the kind of exp i have it ?

You need 52 weeks of full-time work experience (defined as 30 or more hours per week). Your NOCs are eligible. You can combine jobs. You need to be able to provide satisfactory proof of work experience for it to count. See "Proof of work experience" here:
