Call CIC during weekday early hours. Mostly the ghost update would be their decision.
All the best.

If you have not done any of those, my opinion just stay calm, patient and wait it out. GCMS notes will take another 30-40 days to come so no point now. The CIC and phone call will not give any new information than what you know.

That was my initial thought too. Since its still within the 6 month timeline. But just wanted to see , if its worth trying those.
I will mostly wait it out.

(I'm posting this here too because I feel with an AOR of 30 Aug, I was more a September member, than August :) )

I received my GCMS notes this morning and guess what... application was approved on the 13th December 2018 (COPR generated, the works). Firstly, Yay! Secondly, there definitely is delays in getting PPR emails out. Thirdly, get your GCMS notes if you haven't. And for reference, my online portal is still on "submitted" and "in progress".

ITA AOR: 30 Aug 2018
Medicals Accepted: 24 Sept
R10 Check complete: 24 Sept
Biometrics: 28 Sept
File was fully assessed for eligibility by case officer: 25 Oct

Still awaiting PPR request...

At least I can rest knowing that my timelines are set and there's certainty.
Hi, can you please help me how to apply for GCMS notes from INDIA. My ITA AOR: 02 Sep 2018

If you’re at Montreal most likely you neee to wait till March at a minimum. Have you ever ordered GCMS notes? If no, its probably a good time and highly recommended for Montreal.
@cansha I called IRCC yesterday. The agent told me that eligibility status is passed but she didn't give any update on my background check. She just told me that my file is not on hold and is moving. She also told me that its at Ottawa office and applications in the last stage reach that office. Any idea how long Ottawa office usually takes to process? Are they relatively quick compared to other offices? Appreciate your feedback.

Yes you and me still left to wait here! have you ordered gcms note?

According to my gcms note i got the first week of January(issued date: first week of last December), Eligibility: recommed passed(since Oct 10), Criminality: passed(since Nov 28), Security: Not Started...
No i didnt order gcms notes.

Ottawa is relatively the fastest office out there but some files get stuck there as well and don’t get touched for months. So no one can really say. Just pray and hope your file keeps moving.

Sorry responding this late. I actually copy paste it into word, then download the barcode and insert it. Spent whole afternoon doing the tweak, so it could be fit in one page.
Hey I just read this post and was thinking probably my suggestion can help out everyone on the same position so that we can save everyone’s time.

So what I did was I had recieved the email in my gmail account and once you scroll down all the way at the bottom it says show entire message. Once you click it it opens the whole email in another tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom where it shows annex a. Now select all the text of annex a and right click select print. Boom now you can just have complete annex a document in one single sheet of paper!!

Mid Sep AOR stuck in IP1 like forever since oct . I guess most of Sep AOR are atleast moved to IP2 atleast if not PPR. Is someone in grp still having IP1 status like me ??
