My AOR was on 21st September. I attended medical tests on 5th September. As per IRCC website, my MEP is on 18th October.
If I get the PR visa which date is considered the last date for first entry - date of medical exam or date on which MEP status appeared on IRCC website?

Your COPR/visa will be valid until one year from the date of the medical or your passport expiry, whichever is first.

So what is considered date of medical exam? Is it the date on which I appeared for the medical exam(sep 5 2018) or the date on which status of medical exam changed to 'passed'(18oct 2018) on IRCC website?

As I said, the date of the medical. Didn't say anything about the date the medical is passed.

Lol. You should be ranked 1 for fear mongering on this forum. Your posts are strictly based on reading bulletins and manuals from CIC. Earlier somewhere you said people out of status can't apply for PR. I know at least one person who has done it and achieved PR but if I put that here you will call it luck because your opinionated. Lol. Also, your COPR theory is garbage although it's in line with CIC's procedure. People get Visa beyond expiry of passport and medical expiration but again you will call it luck.
There's no point in this discussion, people can decide for themselves whose suggestion they like to stick to.
Andy, Andy, Andy...for someone having almost soiled himself for fear of Indian authorities while overstaying, you are quite full of yourself.

How does falling in line with IRCC procedure (the process that guides IRCC decisions) equate to garbage? By your own statement you have confirmed that the information is correct and any exception to that falls outside of the norms already established.

By all means, quote a post where I "fear-mongered". And quote this post you refer to where I said a person out of status can't get PR. If you can't quote it, you are just making it up.

My posts are based on research, the IRCC website and experience on this forum.

IRCC does not issue visas beyond passport expiry. COPRs are valid until one year from the medical or passport expiry, whichever is first. Sometimes, it may within a few weeks of that date but it is still based on that.

I'm sure people will have no issue deciding which "suggestion" to take.
