Good day. I am 58 years old. I'm married. My travel experience is 30 years. During this time I visited 49 countries of the world. I wanted to visit Canada from March 6 to March 15, 2019 as a gift on the occasion of my birthday. But 29 January 2019 I was refused a visa for a tourist trip. Failure wording:
1. " I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit."
The purpose of my visit is to visit Edmonton from from March 6 to March 15, 2019, based on the length of my short holiday on the occasion of my birthday. The purpose of my visit is confirmed by the plan of my visit with the attachment of maps, on which all the objects of the proposed visit to the sights of Edmonton are marked, based on the place of residence. When planning a trip, I booked the hotel for the dates mentioned above, purchased air tickets, the cost of which will not be returned to me in case of refusal of a visa.
I am not going to stay in Canada longer than the time I declared. But even if the ticket purchased back is not proof about of my return and raises doubts the visa officer.
I’m interested in the question of what How can I prove to the visa officer that that I will leave Canada at the end of my stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of my visit?
2. " I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status."
The duration of my trip is 9 nights. According to the visa center for travel, I must have with me 100 CAD for each day of my stay in Canada. I have already paid for return flights. The price of the hotel for 9 nights with breakfasts is 537.10 CAD at the time of booking. Suppose even that it will be 550 CAD. And I will need 1000,00 CAD for 9 days of stay.
A total of 1550 CAD. I provided, as my solvency, extracts from my own bank accounts in various currencies: PLN, GBP, EUR totaling more than 10000.00 CAD. In addition to bank statements, I provided a certificate of employment that my average monthly net salary is 921.11 CAD. For Poland, my salary is quite sufficient for me to eat well, to pay for my housing and to save 550 CADto my bank account for traveling every month.
I’m interested in the question of what amount in Canadian dollars can be convincing for a visa officer, so that he would be satisfied that I leave Canada at the end of my stay as a temporary resident, as provided for in paragraph 179 (b) of the IRPR, based on my personal assets and financial status?
