Hi I have WES report for my 1 year Post graduation from YMCA New Delhi in Advertising and Marketing stating from unrecognised institute. Will applying at IQAS help gaining points? pls help

not sure about it, no experience of IQAS

YMCA is surely an AICTE approved institution, I’m confused. Maybe you can write back to them for more detailed summary... @Aliemli

WES report will state as secondary diploma and diploma (2years) for Diploma (Polytechnic) Bachelors 4 years for Lateral entry in BE or BTech
For students who passed diploma from respective state board of technical education

what is WES going to evaluate? any chances of Two or more certificates? My WES process will take another couple of weeks so was just wondering .that if i get Bachelors eqvilency then i should go for Mphil soon to get the maximum marks.

To claim points under "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" WES must evaluate Masters or Bachelors (both 2 years course) in your case, One of which must be equivalent to 3 year Bachelors or more which doesn't seem likely. But you can try your luck. Meanwhile, I'd suggest you to go ahead with M.Phil simultaneously.

I have a quick question...I want to claim points by choosing 2 or more certificates....

I have done my BBA and one year PGDIBO from IGNOU , I later got to know that after doing one year PGDIBO from IGNOU one can take lateral /direct admission into 2nd year MCOM ....so I did MCOM as well.....

Want to know will I be eligibale for two or more certificates from WES?

Any guidance would be appreciated!

Well, Firstly you need to get your ECA done. The four year degree seems fine, but one year diploma that you've studied must be verified by the WES or any similar institute. If they evaluate your diploma as diploma equivalent in Canada then you can go ahead with
"Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees." option. Good Luck and ping me the summary after you get your ECA done.

Yes, 100%, Go for it. Since you have done Masters, you will need to select Masters degree which will boost your score.
