TRV for Fiancee

Hello House,
I have been a PR since two years. I need to apply a TRV for my fiancee so she can fly with me to Canada as soon as we are married. Once she lands here, I would like to apply for her dependent PR Inland.
Here's what I have in my mind for the three vital factors for TRV

  1. Purpose of visit:A visitor coming to attend two rock concerts.
    • A rock concert by MISSIO
    • A rock concert by KOLAR
  2. Funds to support her:She has zero balance in her account. I am planning to have her father deposit about 5,00,000 INR( Equivalent to 10000 CAD) in her account and show this as her father donated her this money.
  3. Strong connections with home country
    • She is currently employed with an IT company.
    • Her pay stubs, her service letter and copy of an e-mail showing her leave has been approved.
    • Her rental agreement
My Questions:
  1. Is there any one from your knowledge got a TRV with the similar details?
  2. If my application is not strong enough, can you suggest how I can strengthen the application.
Thanks in advance.

Hello House,

You would want to consider the suggestions already given in your other thread here:

Purpose of visit:A visitor coming to attend two rock concerts.
A rock concert by MISSIO
A rock concert by KOLAR
1. Has she traveled abroad to attend any rock concerts?

2. From a conference for MBA aspirants to rock concerts as the purpose of visit. You must get realistic about what will actually work as a convincing reason to visit.

3. She has zero finances to support her living expenses in India + she needs her dad's financial support.... why would someone in her financial situation, spend her dad's money to travel to Canada to attend rock concerts?!

Funds to support her:She has zero balance in her account. I am planning to have her father deposit about 5,00,000 INR( Equivalent to 10000 CAD) in her account and show this as her father donated her this money.
Bad idea.

Sure, her dad and immediate family members are free to donate/gift her money. But, from a visa perspective, going from a zero bank balance to an account that's loaded is a clear indication that it was done for the visa application.

Also, as a working professional in an IT company, if she has a zero bank balance then it means her job doesn't pay well (not a lucrative reason to return to India).... or her spending/expenses have depleted her bank balance to zero (she cannot afford to visit Canada).

Strong connections with home country
She is currently employed with an IT company.
Her pay stubs, her service letter and copy of an e-mail showing her leave has been approved.
Her rental agreement
Unfortunately, none of these are strong connections to India considering she has a zero bank balance.... and, which indirectly implies other inadequacies to be granted a TRV.

My Questions:
Is there any one from your knowledge got a TRV with the similar details?
If my application is not strong enough, can you suggest how I can strengthen the application.
1. Does she earn reasonably well by Indian employment standards? If yes, not sure why her bank balance is zero.

2. Are her work responsibilities unique? Does she have any projects, client meetings, training, appraisals, etc scheduled after her 'intended' visit?

3. Is the rental agreement solely in her name or is it shared accommodation? Who pays the rent and how is it paid?

  1. Her monthly income was sufficient for her monthly overhead expense
  2. Yes, she has calendar invites for project kick off meetings after her return from vacation
  3. Yes. It's solely on her name.

She is the prime stakeholder of the project. on ARMI chart, she quoted as Project leader.
That would help.

She may want to include evidence that she has previously headed similar projects (if applicable) + the anticipated team size + a high-level description of the project + time frames until project completion + any training, etc.

The calendar invite screenshots must be backed by a letter issued by her Manager/HR

Thanks Bryanna. Will include as many of such things as possible.

Her zero bank balance + I would not advise her dad gifting her money + lack of financial investments.... and more importantly, an unconvincing purpose of visit.... could work against her TRV approval.

If she has the time, she must save up a good deal of money (her salary) before she applies
