Visiting visa change of status ,pls help

Pls family, A lady applied for Canada Visiting Visa , while the application is in progress she got married . What happen when the visa is approved after her marriage since she applied when Single .

Doea she need to inform the embassy that her marital status changed before travelling to Canada ?

Pls help!!!

She can inform IRCC about the change in her marital status through the IRCC web form (if her application is still being processed)
