I had applied for a visitor visa in starting of jan-19, and end of jan i received an email stating the followings. please check my in-line response and give your expert advise on it.
1-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
I raised in UAE,( i had traveled to U.S.A in 2017) and i have traveled to my home country in 2016)
2-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and
in your country of residence.
( my family live in UAE i don't have any family members in CA, and some times they travel to my home country-PK)
3-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
( My purpose to visit can is just to see the nature and beautiful sites of CA)
4-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment
prospects in your country of residence.
( i m working in a sime-government company (ENBD) since past 10 years and i have shared the NOC)
5-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment
situation.
( I have shared the NOC for my company), then what do they mean by current employment situation???
