@cansha the Aug AOR guy who got PPR said his file was transfered to Montreal on the 20th of September and Analyst commented on his eligibility on the 22nd of October..

This particular case makes the theory wanting because my file and many other files were transferred way before his

His elligibility was even done a month after mine

Alright! I called cic yesterday. The agent said Eligibility passed, criminality passed and security is going on. Later, I checked my cic account everything is still same (in process) but there is a new document called Request Letter. This letter says

"The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the
following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if
applicable, permanent residence visa."

I am still recovering after reading that letter...:D:D
OMG...!! Congratulations

I think one of the officers is more efficient than others. The only relatively good thing about Montreal is that it is somewhat sequential. It is sad though some cases do slip through cracks and people have been waiting for so damn long. I think from July onwards we haven't seen many cases for PPR within 5.5 months which was still the case till June. In Montreal if we are lucky the timeline is 6-6.5 months. And it is all random luck which shouldn't be the case ideally for something that has such profound impact on people's lives.

Someone with July 16th AOR(inland) on WA just got off the phone with an agent and he was told his files has been approved. He called after his second ghost update. He has not received PPR yet

@Axwell you predicted that robertobolano would have PPR next and it has happened. Are you a wizard:D:D
Lol , am not a wizard but I can sell you my crystal ball for $19.99 :p. Just kidding but yeah as long as they stick to this trend of being sequential helps us to keep a finger on the pulse.

so the updated would list now would be @Amg_man > @Adeife23 > @M_A > myself.

How do I check when the eligibility was passed the date basically in the notes ? not able to find it, i searched twice but might have skipped through. i know my file was transferred to montreal on Sept 27 2018.

I think i found it, my eligibility was done on 2018/11/1 office montreal.
file transferred to montreal on 2018/9/27.
based on this which date should i consider for the 6 month mark as per montreal standards ?
