Yes, you can do it, you have 60 days to complete.

After all the frustration that I experienced last year, this year has turned out to be a joyful one. I got OINP, MNP, and ITA all this month. A rejected stone is now a cornerstone. The only sad thing is that I paid the 1,500 CAD last week to the OINP thinking that my 439 score is a long shot away from direct ITA. I wish everyone all the best in this journey. We only need to keep at it and be patient.

If they havent started the process then you can get that refunded AFAIK.

Thank you for the response. I am not sure that the processing has started. The status reads "submitted." I submitted on the 24th. A day shy of a week! Do I need to withdraw the application? I appreciate the response.
