When I looked at my attachments, there was no job duties and description provided. I had since provided job duties and descriptions early this month. Do you have any idea how long this may take and what is a procedural fairness letter? Do they have to send one before rejecting my application?
You couldn't have submitted your application without providing job duties. You initially provided a reference letter but the duties didn't match the NOC code & that's why the analyst mentioned it . I'm asking if you corrected those mistakes in the new letter you sent this month.
For incomplete documents or misrepresentation it's an instant refusal but for lack of clarity or mistakes in submitted documents they have to send a PFL before refusing.

@tobs I actually looked at the original attachments and no duties were provided. It even says so in the GCMS notes that I posted. Thats why I am so confused as to why they didnt refuse me when they saw the duties are not attached. Could it be because I am a PNP applicant?

Hi,

BC PNP - Inland
AOR June 11th, 2018
Medicals: Passed

Notes Say the following:"***Review REQUIRED by 18 1) NOC 1241 2016/11 to 201707 at XXXXXXX submitted letters of reference which are assessed as follows: EDOCSxxxxxxx The duties listed in the letters of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC code. The letters of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with a number of the main duties in the NOC code. The letters of reference appear to demonstrate that PA met minimum requirement of 12 months of work experience. ADDITIONAL NOTES: NO DUTIES PROVIDED 2) NOC 1113 2017/07 to present. The duties listed in the letters DID NOT appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under NOC code selected.
You submitted a reference letter but you had two NOC codes. You needed two letters. There are actually 2 problems here.
1.For NOC 1241 your duties doesn't match the code (blue highlights)
2. There's no reference letter for this code. (Green highlights).
...
If you had posted this before raising the CSE I would have been able to tell you that you needed to submit 2 reference letters that match the NOC codes by at least 80% along with a letter of explanation for why you're sending both reference letters.
Fingers crossed that what you've submitted will fix things.

I submitted two reference letters with seperate job descriptions for each of my NOC codes. I hope that helps my application!

My application completed 7 months in last week. Monday wasn't promising at all, no movement in June applications. Going through the information shared by people, I understand some applications take time to process owing to complications.

But what's wrong with straight applications (No visa refusals, straight work experience, all documents in order, no review required, no ADR)? What is causing the delay? Have ordered the notes but the endless wait is utterly stupid. I was empathetic towards IRCC until now, but the kind of delay I am experiencing is beyond my understanding.
I feel you my friend. It's a terrible feeling when I see some people with fake job experience who messed up their job experience letter and uploaded a couple of CSEs to fix that up, who also added a dependent in the middle of the processing still receive their ppr in normal time, while I passed 8th month of AOR yesterday. My job, education, and everything is Canadian, yet CIC says every case is different blah blah blah

Actually...in the notes, security says, Old Value: Not started and blank for New Value: ...if it becomes in progress that's actually worse than being not started? that's insane...I guess I will order notes again today...
Look at the activity 1-5 of your GCMS. If the first 1-4 or 1-5 were redacted with s.15 or s.16 or s.21 on top of the page, and the activity after these is security Not Started, it means that you are under SS. Otherwise, there is no need to worry and they haven't started your security.

Nicely written. But thing is security not started contains a fairly big group of people. So I guess we cannot do much. But still I will recommend to reach out.
I am sure security is also done on batches. Obviously there are some holes in CIC loops. Similar to the batch in last Dec. whose application were approved and then everyone found the NDVO loophole, I think you guys need another loophole. Maybe someone should email CIO and ask them to initiate their security. But, I am afraid the officer sends the person for SS! I don't know my friend
