Yes they specifically mentioned that they will return to Pakistan as family ties like
Two daughters and grandchildren in Pakistan also extended family for both parents in Pakistan with exception of one maternal uncle who love in canada .Inability to survive brutal Canada weather , and even in true sense they have no plan to overstay . But still figuring how to convince cic of a truth that exist as it is .i.e they will go back ,

1. What was the purpose and length of their visit?
purpose was to visit me and grandchildren for 3 weeks only. very clearly explained in my invitation letter
Do include a detailed day-by-day visit itinerary with expense estimates.

2. What strong ties did each of them demonstrate to Pakistan? Property/land ownership? Dependent family? Good financial situation? Pension renewal?
both are seniors. dad 74 ,mom 63, did attached property document/ valuation, average financial 10000$ , pension is quite low for dad only so did mention but no proof attached as docs in different language , did mention my two sisters and grandchildren plus the extended family all in pakistan, yes partially dependent on me financially too but not quoted in my invitation letter
1. Property: Property ownership documents + property tax receipts + valuation

2. Any financial investments?

3. Do your sisters live in the same city as your parents? Grandparents?

4. As your sisters are married, they are not family ties to return to from a visa perspective. Nonetheless, do include a 'Family ties to Pakistan' explanation with sub-sections for 'Immediate family' mentioning your sisters, spouses and their children (Name, address, DOB, nationality, relationship).... and other section for 'Extended family' mentioning your parents' siblings, cousins, etc (no details are required). This would prove they have more family in Pakistan than in Canada.

5. Do your parents have any compelling reasons to return to Pakistan? Any family events?

3. Have they traveled to other visa required countries?
mom travel to usa and saudia , dad no travel history (but travel history has not been quoted as the reason to reject )
Don't go by the refusal reasons stated.

Your mom can include a Travel History explanation: Visa details + entry/exit dates + purpose of each visit + color scan the US visa and US entry stamp.

Is her US visa still valid? If yes, does she intend to visit the US as well?

4. What documents did you provide?
-property doc/valuation / annual property tax paid proof for parents
=my invitation letter has lease deed,salary slip , utility bill,pr card .
(plan to reapply and provide my canada tax return , property sale agreement as own one(not yet possessed) and bank statement for canada accnt around 25000$ plus in saving account joint for me and wife . along with paksitani birth certificate )
Also:
1. Copy of your passport

2. Copy of your marriage certificate

plan to reapply with more financial proof for myself as the letter did say not sufficient documentation for income /assets .
If you meet LICO, you may want to consider applying for their super visas.

Inability to survive brutal Canada weather , and even in true sense they have no plan to overstay .
But applying now implies they don't mind visiting in the brutal winter, right? Maybe they should apply a few months later for a summer visit so that this point will seem convincing

But still figuring how to convince cic of a truth that exist as it is .i.e they will go back
1. Who owns the property?

2. Does your mom have any finances of her own?

3. Compelling reasons to return to Pakistan?

4. IMO, your mom possibly has a stronger application because of her US visa/US visits. You may want to consider applying for your dad first.... and after he is approved then apply for your mom

5. Do prepare individual cover letters and reference evidence

Do include a detailed day-by-day visit itinerary with expense estimates.

I will include it. But do state in cover letter that they are financially dependent on me, plus show my cad accnt stmt (around 33000$) and canadian tax return too once filed next month with the sale purchase agreement of my condo here in canada?

1. Property: Property ownership documents + property tax receipts + valuation
yes will attached it

2. Any financial investments?
no, a portion of house is rented to a some family friend , but no rental agreement ,can have one made and attached, but this may further bound me to attached tax return for my parents in pakistan and that does not exist, However will attach proof of pension although amount of pension is low.
not sure if rental agreement alone would suffice

3. Do your sisters live in the same city as your parents? Grandparents?
ye they do ,will mention in cover letter

4. As your sisters are married, they are not family ties to return to from a visa perspective. 5. Do your parents have any compelling reasons to return to Pakistan? Any family events?
Will check if any family event /wedding coming up

I would not state that they are financially dependent on you, but it's your choice.

and canadian tax return too once filed next month with the sale purchase agreement of my condo here in canada?
Yes, you can provide both.

2. Any financial investments?
no, a portion of house is rented to a some family friend , but no rental agreement ,can have one made and attached, but this may further bound me to attached tax return for my parents in pakistan and that does not exist, However will attach proof of pension although amount of pension is low.
Okay

not sure if rental agreement alone would suffice
Rent payments would support the rent agreement.

3. Do your sisters live in the same city as your parents? Grandparents?
ye they do ,will mention in cover letter
Okay

The Family Information form does not ask for information about your sisters' spouses and their children, or about your maternal/paternal cousins and their families, etc. etc. The idea here is to prove your parents have more family outside of Canada than in Canada = Family ties to return to Pakistan. But, in an indirect way, by stating they are financially dependent on you would imply they have reasons to overstay their visit.

5. Do your parents have any compelling reasons to return to Pakistan? Any family events?
Will check if any family event /wedding coming up
Okay

Is her US visa still valid? If yes, does she intend to visit the US as well?
expired october 2018 ,just went in 2014 for two month
Do color scan her US visa + the entry stamp.... and include it. It would certainly help for her TRV application.

If you meet LICO, you may want to consider applying for their super visas.
no dont qualify ,as need 3 years tax return
If your recent NOA proves you meet LICO, you can apply for their super visas instead.

Although IRCC has suggested submitting NOAs for the last three years, we have seen that submitting the recent NOA + current employment letter + bank statement will work for super visa approvals. Do give the super visa a thought if your parents would like to visit for longer stays.

But applying now implies they don't mind visiting in the brutal winter, right? Maybe they should apply a few months later for a summer visit so that this point will seem convincing
-should i apply again in a few month together for both, or mom this year and father next year
This year, summer should be fine. Do consider applying for super visas (maybe even for one parent or both) if you meet LICO

I can't understand the criteria of issuing Visa. Because some time people provide All Necessary Documents but Not Approved... And some time thay provide Minimum documents and Get visa Approval... How's This Possible???

Assessment of an application is a very subjective matter. It depends on the 'balance of probabilities' as ascertained by the visa officer. To some extent, the country of nationality also matters.

As for people making claims on/off this forum, unless you are personally aware of their individual circumstances and/or you have actually seen that they were approved after submitting minimum documents, don't believe everything that is told.

You need to be the best judge of your own application.... and you need to decide what will work/not work for your approval

Thanks@ Bryanna but i know in my family thay got visa with minimum documents.. And my Brother Apply with documents and showing property and savings but he refused...
Most common refusal reason is Travel History.... Whats the mining of... because some people have not interest in traveling but if thay have relative in country thay apply...

Hello everyone.
I want to apply for visit visa. The purpose of visit is 'to spend sometime with my husband' who is on a student visa. We got married on 5th jan 2019 and he flew back on 19th jan 2019. I am planning to visit him for two months to spend summer with him, his student visa is expiring in June2019 which he will send for renewal in May2019. I will apply in feb'19. Here are few questions
-Should I apply in feb19 or wait for his visa renewal?
-I will show the bank statement only. I do not have a job to show for home ties. Should I try to get a job in school before applying?
-Or should I directly apply for spousal work permit visa?

Kindly comment about your experience.
Thank you
