30 days is normal.. it took 35 days for me

I received (and paid) RPRF on January 14th (AOR Nov. 2nd), can you please explain a little bit more what does "pass eligibility" means? I'm lost with so many terms.

RPRF has no connection with eligibility. It comes at different times for different applications. No specific trend has been reverse engineered.

My guess it is that not all case analysts are empowered to raise ADR for RPRF so sometimes it is generated by case analyst, sometimes it is generated by VO. And also, different visa offices probably have their own internal workflows with RPRF request step, so the timing varies from visa office to visa office.

It took approx 40 days for my MEP...35-40 is normal

So I was lucky to get hold of a super kind agent today. She told me my initial assessment was complete and finalized on December 17, 2018. and my application was transferred to the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario.

When I asked her if any background checks have started, she replied the background verification's have not been initiated.

So is my R10 check complete?

Agents right now are just reading from the app status screen that is visible to all of us.

I'm guessing you are in the "IP1" stage and so your app status screen just says "We will send you a message when we start.." (don't remember the exact message). She is just relaying that info to you.

Check the August AOR thread... there was a big discussion about this. People calling up the agents and being told background not started and getting PPR a few days later.

But what does this mean "initial assessment was complete and finalized on December 17, 2018'?

I'm assuming this is R10 check? They did ask for an ADR on November 30? My status then changed to IP1 on December 4.

Now my question is- From 23rd Nov, my 6 months finish on 23rd May 2019. However, agent says that officer’s put a deadline of 23 June 2019... Has anyone faced this issue where the application finalizing date put by the officer exceeds 6 months?

Your PPR should be coming through way before May I think so you needn't worry about 6 months and all....
Most of us NOV. AOR's still are waiting for Eligibility to be cleared and I guess that stage the longest time unless one gets stuck in SS.....

Thanks mate. It’s unlikely that I’d be stuck in SS because I had other PNP (paperbased) application in process where my security was cleared but I had to withdraw the application just before getting the PR as I left the province. I am hoping everything goes through smoothly. Good luck to everyone who’s waiting. We are almost there
