Yup..i raised cse and got generic reply..
I called and i was told they i would be definitely getting a re med request..
My eligibility is being reviewed and thats all i know..
I have requested gcms on jan 5..if it will arrive in time,i should get them by feb 6-7

What I dont get is why you should be getting remed this soon when your medical is getting expired nearly 5 months later.

I actually did my medicals upront..(my biggest mistake) i applied for student visa earlier and did medicals upfront to save time..
Later i applied for pr and uploaded the same medical report

wat mischief i was doing ?? i will leave that to you imagination

well i didnt really break it,it broke itself. Apple phones seem to be infested with some communicable disease that makes them stop working at anytime. thats really frustrating as they dont provide repair facility beyond screen damage and battery issue. they just ask you for phone replacement which kind of sucks. really disappointed with their service in india.so i am just waiting for that replacement phone to arrive. it might take couple of days.

Well this is not true until you do something mischievous ... Never faced this kind of problem.
